All theaters will have social distancing built into seat selection. SMG has developed new touchless technology to allow for automated, contactless purchasing and guests will be encouraged to buy their tickets and purchase food online using the SMG mobile app. SMG Wheaton also offers takeout and delivery with the SMG App or Grubhub HERE. SMG team members wear protective masks as well as gloves when preparing or handling food, social distancing is built into the ticket reservations.
Re-openings follow a comprehensive team member training program and addition of new procedures. All touch points will meet or exceed current procedures with additional guidance from the CDC and #cinemasafe protocols.
